| Introduction | We are a couple of foodies who love to cook and bake. Don is the Chief Cookie Monster, and Su Ching is the Cakes and Bread Obsessor. Our baby Dawn Alethea is the Dough Destroyer. We're hoping she'll grow up to be Ultimate Pastry Artist though. One of our pet peeves about food is that many people don't take pride in producing it, or increase profitability by using a whole host of artificial chemicals and preservatives. It's really not that difficult to produce great-tasting food (and we believe if you're selling it, you are duty-bound to ensure it's good), neither should it be necessary to be replacing natural, wholesome ingredients with awful, artificial stuff. That's why our aim is to provide people with great-tasting goodies made with natural ingredients, and produced without short cuts for the best flavours.
