About me

Introduction Fitness and nutrition are my passions in life. I have taken my competitive edge and applied it to my fitness goals and routines. Having used CrossFit along with good nutrition I have been able to achieve my fitness goals thus far. I am dedicated to fitness, functional movements, and to the search for "REAL LIFE" Nutrition and not quick fixes. I am a certified CrossFit Trainer and I train many athletes at a Morgan Hill CrossFit. I also hold certifications in Nutrition, Olympic Lifting, and Kettle Bells. I have been providing personal training in nutrition and CrossFit for everyone from Athletes, to moms wanting to get back into shape.
