Introduction	I am starting this blog hoping that it will help and inspire people in any way. I may not be the best writer but I am hoping that I will be able to keep up with blogging and get better. I am a recent college I graduate from Belmont University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business. I have not yet decided where to go for further schooling but that is to be determined soon. But enough about me, it is time to blog.
Interests	Family, fitness, work, friends and significant others, pets, food, technology
Favorite music	I will literally listen to anything. However,I am not a huge fan of heavy metal.
Favorite books	The Shack, The Kite Runner, Tuesdays with Morrie, The Last Lecture, The Twilight series (yes I like them), I am always looking for some good books to read
