| Introduction | The Bridlepath Homeowners' Association is the managing association for the Bridlepath community, a horse community located in SW Simi Valley south of Fitzgerald Ave. between First Street and Erringer Avenue. Note: The BPHOA phone is for emergencies and to alert the board to any other conditions or issues. It is not for directly contacting board members. The messages are monitored, but depending on the issue may not generate a response. Enquiries other than emergencies should be directed to the board by mail or email or to Emmons. Members may also bring these matters to any HOA Board of Directors Meeting.
