Introduction	I consider myself a perpetual student. I've been registered in some form of school for 27 years of my life. I have my Bachelors in Accounting from Miami University, my MBA from Cleveland State University and my Master's of Education at Baldwin-Wallace College. In 1997, I had read about this great opportunity to train indoors with Spinning® program. So when it came to my gym, I was pumped to try it out. Well I was hooked. I took my Spinning® Instructor Training and officially began teaching in 2000. In 2007 became a Master Instructor for the Spinning® Program. I will be using this site to help other indoor cycling instructors with music suggestions, ride profiles, motivation and cuing ideas, and other suggestions and observations. I'll also be posting information on outdoor cycling group rides, races, and other events that I will be participating. Stay tuned as I begin to develop this site and make it useful for you.
