Introduction	I'm a very happy person who loves life. I've always been very content with my life and my role in it. However recently and thankfully before I've developed any health problems, I've become increasingly aware of my risk of doing so. I do not want my future to be hindered or my purpose here to be diminished because I've failed to take care of myself. I believe it's never too late to make healthier choices in your life. I'm starting today to do so and wanted to document the process with this blog.
