Introduction	Hi, my name is Melissa and I love to cook! I have a broad and varied background in the culinary world. I have worked as a Consumer Food and Merchandising Specialist for a large regional food store chain, have represented well-known food brands at trade shows and on TV and radio, have worked with Southern Living Magazine at two of their cooking schools, worked with the late Friedman Paul Erhardt aka "Chef Tell" and other wonderful chefs, and have been a guest chef at a variety of cooking shows and food venues. I hope you enjoy the recipes and other tidbits here at Hand in the Kitchen...some are my own and some come from great friends and family in the food industry and from their own kitchens.
