| Introduction | I am a travelling home-body, currently living in Bali, occasionally going to yoga and resisting doing a cleanse of any description. In the words of a (grumpy western) Buddhist teacher, I am a "fluffy spiritualist" who believes there are no wrong roads to happiness. I am not at all religious but believe that everything in the Universe is connected by energy and we are a part of that. I guess I use the words 'god' and 'universe' and 'energy' interchangeably, not with any specific connotation except the broadest "something bigger than me" meaning. Unlike many of my very cool friends, I don't see angels or auras or the future. I just love being in the heart and connected. I can often be found giggling with God in meditation. |
