TEACHER 2 TEACHER is an Innovative form of Professional Development implemented by Duane as an outgrowth of the Artist in Residence program in Baltimore County Public Schools,in Maryland. At monthly meetings we share best practices while connecting with art teachers from public and private schools throughout the Baltimore region. Teacher to Teacher provides the support and inspiration needed to grow professionally. Our monthly meetings give teachers the opportunity to identify the impact of ideas shared on their home schools. The student works presented demonstrates a dynamic diversity that forms a common vision. This shared vision provides teachers a basis for on going evaluation of goals and a dynamic model for sequential planning. |
