| Introduction | Jennifer's career has spanned over twenty years in line management and consulting with leading financial services and IT companies. She holds a MBA from Cranfield University. Following an increasing fascination with the process of personal growth and development, Jennifer became an accredited trainer of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) with the International NLP Trainers Association five years ago.
