I have written for various publications and have spoken throughout the United States and in Africa on such issues as trade, human rights and democracy and governance. I have been instrumental in the establishment of organizations such as the African Demoracy Network, the African Growth and Opportunity Act Civil Society Network and the Western Hemisphere African Diaspora Network. |
