Introduction | Well, I am born in a little town on the pretty Island of the Archipelago of Malta, situated in the Mediterranean Sea, between Italy and Africa. I am a husband, and a Father of 2. My blood is mixed, always islander blood, yet with a rich heritage of love for family and for country.. (Maltese, Irish, Sicilian) Today I train Persons with disability in Hospitality studies while my professional experience as a chef over the last 20 years has grown a love for food embedded in its pertaining culture. In the midst of these years, I also got trained in the Social Sciences and have been lucky enough to travel to many different places where I enjoyed the local food while immersing myself into the respective cultures of the places I visited. A recent travel experience was s to South East Asia where the Food tours were the highlight for me. Bringing back different gastronomic ideas from the different places I visited, coupled with a few New year resolutions, I have been trying to upkeep the dining experience at home. Stay in touch to enjoy more about how the meal time can be expressed as a place of fellowship, by dining with good company while enjoying a shared meal. |
