| Introduction | My name is Beth though most of my family and friends simply call me “B”. I am extremely blessed in having three amazing children who are now young adults and an exciting business that brings out my passion and creativity. After years of catering and event planning for family, friends and co-workers, I decided to take the leap and create Plan B Event Planning and Catering. My first move toward my dream was to head on back to school. I was ecstatic to learn that I could get a degree in Special Events which fed my creative side and allowed me to learn the business end of starting Plan B. I loved every class and was introduced to the latest gadgets and food trends in my culinary labs. My philosophy is any meal, party, wedding, reunion, or office function can be a “special event”. Plan B’s goal is to work with any theme, menu, attendance, and budget. I’m happiest when after an event I slip out quietly and allow the host to bask in the glory of compliments from the guests. |
