Introduction	In 2006 I was given a word. The word was 'highly creative.' I wasn't embracing it at the time; however, since then I have been furiously seeking and uncovering the 'highly creative' in me. I began quilting. I attended the 2010 International Quilt Festival in Houston and took class of all kinds all week. I go to the bookstore and look at all kinds of mixed media magazine getting ideas. When I find a process or technique that lights me up (In other words, I can hardly breath.), I invest in the materials required for the technique. I am building my repertoire of skills and knowledge base for creating. I continue to pursue and encourage myself to be creative everyday. I look for people to whom I can be an encouragement and inspiration and who can encourage and inspire me.
