| Introduction | I introduced myself a little in my first post. I've been married to the same wonderful man for almost 31 years and we have 4 children, two son-in-laws, and 3 grandsons. Here's little more...I'm 2nd of 5 children. I play the piano, sing, love to work in the yard, love serving and helping others, and I especially love being a wife, mom and a grandma to my 3 handsome little grandsons! Over 30 years ago I was 55 lbs over-weight. During the course of 2 years I lost it and I've kept if off ever since, even through my 5 pregnancies. 12 years ago we found out my hubby has heart disease and that I, even at 110 lbs, have high cholesterol. So, the learning, studying of, trial and error of, my healthier way of life began. Through my studies, and trials, I have learned a LOT about diet, exercise, and nutrition, that I'd like to share with everyone! | Favorite music | I don't really listen to popular music. Having the radio on in the car while driving with a lot of people gives me anxiety! ;) I recorded some songs with my 3 daughters and I usually listen to that while I drive. Two years ago, after my older sister passed away suddenly, I started writing music. I just finished #18! It's been such a blessing in my life! My youngest daughter records them for me at friends studio. Maybe some day I'll get them out in to the public. :) |
