Introduction	I qualified as a TEFL teacher in 2001 and moved to Spain immediately afterwards. I taught, mainly in the village, to all ages and up to B2 level. I am passionate about pronunciation and the phonetic alphabet which I believe is the key to improving speaking and listening skills. Any of my current and former students will tell you that I never stop talking about the need for the phonetic alphabet to be taught to all students learning English! I returned to the UK just over a year ago and I still am in contact with many ex pupils and students.
Interests	Watching tennis, researching Samuda genealogy, wildlife and conservation of the environment. I hate mistreatment and abandonment of animals,and anything connected to bulls
Favorite movies	I don't watch films very often as I spend a lot of time on the internet! My favourite films are old ones like Gladiator!
Favorite music	I love music from different parts of the world but my favourites are arabic music and the bagpipes. Bagpipes make me cry!
Favorite books	I read when I find time and enjoy historical and crime novels.
