| Introduction | I was diagnosed with allergies to gluten, eggs and dairy in July of 2010. I had suspected eggs and dairy but gluten was a huge surprise. Luckily for me I had some experience cooking gluten free with my youngest sister, Melody, being allergic to gluten, eggs, dairy, beef, garlic and more! My other sister, Rosanne and my mom also have multiple allergies. None-the-less I found myself overwhelmed with how much preparation gluten free meals took and how much stuff I had in my kitchen that contained gluten. Since then I've made a lot of food disasters and have also created a lot of foods people told me I couldn't have. I also have had two children. My daughter, who is still breastfeeding has a dairy and soy protein allergy so we now cook soy free in addition to avoiding my allergens. I created this blog to share ideas of meals that are gluten, egg, dairy, and soy free. |
