| Introduction | Erhan Horozoglu has developed in many ways because he believes in the contribution of science and art in the development of mankind. In Taiwan, he received a Master's degree in tourism and management. His interest in Chinese culture and art has been influential in his decision to live in Taiwan. Erhan has had the opportunity to understand the values of the Taiwanese art culture, by developing skills in Chinese calligraphy, ink painting, tea making, Chinese, and the ‘erhu’ instrument playing. Although Erhan speaks Turkish, English, German and Chinese, he believes that art has only one language in the world and that, in their work, artists can speak the same language regardless of nationality. Erhan continues to believe that an artist’s contribution is vital in creating a peaceful world where people from different countries better understand each other, which has been especially needed in recent years. Through constant evaluation within the concept of compound art, Erhan continues to use his talent to achieve results that attract the interest of art lovers. He has not only painted on canvas, but also on metal, wood, fabric, and concrete. |
