| Introduction | Astrid Kersten is Professor of Management at La Roche College - she holds Ph.D. and MPIA and MICHA degrees, as well as SPHR and GPHR certifications. In addition to teaching, Dr. Kersten is actively engaged in writing, publishing, consulting and community development. Dr. Azlan Tajuddin is Associate Professor and Department Chair of Sociology. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and a Master's in International Studies. Dr. Tajuddin teaches a variety of sociology and anthropology courses. He also writes and publishes in political economy, development, the environment, and government. |
