| Introduction | Hi! I'm Lindsey, and I guess you could say I'm a cupcake enthusiast. Actually, I love anything pertaining to baking, cooking, eating, watching, and reading about food. I am completely self-taught, so I am always looking to learn more about cooking and baking. My great-grandma, Mimi, instilled in me a love for baking at the ripe-old age of five. At the time, my area of expertise included M&M cookies and peanut butter cookies (I have always hated pb cookies, but loved to put the fork marks in the top!) As an adult, I have fallen for the elegance and versatility of cupcakes. I still love all things food, but have an unexplainable affinity for cupcakes. |
| Interests | Aside from being an aspiring baker, I am a law student at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. I am also a devoted wife to my husband, Ryan. We have a Yorkie, Basil, who is entirely too spoiled to be a dog. I love animals, the sun, water, traveling, and an occasional cocktail. My favorite foods are barbequed babyback ribs and garlic-butter crab legs. |
