About me

Introduction	I am a corporate accountant turned stay at home mom with a seven year old son. After years of trying to avoid learning to cook, I finally gave in to my inner chef and have embraced cooking for my family. Turns out, I love it! And, for the most part, so does my family! I was a Pampered Chef consultant for 5 years and learned that most people, like me, want QUICK and EASY meal ideas and everybody is always looking for new meals to add to their reportoire. So, I decided to start this blog to give others some new ideas and hopefully get some new ideas from others. I hope you enjoy them!
