| Introduction | Grew up on Westover Dr Danville Va.! When to Coats Elementary School then Brosville High one year. Moved to Tunstall High School first year open! Dropped out with two years to go! Went to Steels Welding School! Then to work for Dan River Mills in pipe shop welding. Got drafted by the Army June of 68! I joined the Navy and went to Vietnam. Went aboard the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid CVS 11! I loved cycling! Not a motorcycle a bicycle. I was a cyclist up until Oct of 2000. Was in an automobile accident that left me paralyzed from the waist down! I was a runner just out of the Navy at age 22. Ran until around 38 years old! Then started cycling! I cycled until Oct of 2000 age 50. Also loved a good workout with free weights! Retired Welder! Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co in Danville Va. |
