If your whole body were a hot air balloon, would you stop eating spicy food?
If you stopped eating spicy food then there would be lass manufacturing of hot air. Therefore I would continue to eat spicy food and perhaps increase or decrease consumption based on the terrain below, traffic in the sky, or preferred cruising altitude for my passengers.
