| Introduction | Dutch by birth hence the 'entreprenial spirt'.... Canadian by most time spent in one country....have a beer eh!.... 10 years in Jamaica has given me 'seeeriuus at-ti-tude lol!... and 7 years in the UK has given me a headache... and (yikes) a slight accent.... I have two great kids...one is an Herbal Medicine university graduate and the other one is a keen golfer, snowboarder, bike rider and still in school. I also have a wonderful husband, Wayne, who unfortunately works away a lot of the time...i miss him....which leaves me with a lot of time on my hands. I thought I'd put that time to some use (hopefully good!) and make lots of jewelry, share my creations with you and also offer up what I hope, are some interesting stories reflections and a (mostly raw) recipe or two |

| Favorite books | One of my all time favorites is called 'Don't stop the Carnival' by Herman Wouk...reminds me of our time spent living/working in Jamaica...Loving India Knight's books as well...wish she would write some more. |
