IntroductionI'm the CEO & Founder of Renascence, which is a personal coaching and soulful creativity consulting company. What this means (abridged) is that I help people live loving and meaningful lives. A little background...I grew up outside the magical hamlet of Rudd, Iowa, received my undergrad and J.D. degrees from the University of Iowa (Go Hawks!), and I now write, make art, teach yoga and Pilates, spend a lot of time learning and teaching and talking about connecting and caring for and creating and living from the soul , and love up my growing family of boys – husband Brad, Elijah (2), Samuel (8 months) – in South Bend, Indiana. P.S. I love that you've taken the time to read my writing and look at my art - I put a lot of heart and soul, time and energy into it. Please visit here as often as you like, but know that I reserve all rights. All original content and material is protected by copyright and my beautiful team of guardian angels - they are holy but also bad-a#! when it comes to enforcing things like karma and copyright law! :)
