Introduction	Hello! I have been working in the food service industry since I was 13. I began as a busboy, went to the kitchen washing dishes, and worked my way up the chain with the help and knowledge from great cooks, chefs, and a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. I really enjoy making someone happy and especially through creating and making a dish that would make someones day. I would love to share my experiences and ideas to help others enjoy their passion for cooking or just eating.
