| Introduction | Cooking to me is fun, challenging, relaxing and most importantly delicious. There are few times when I don't want to cook. This blog is a way for me to document my recipes and share my experiments with anyone who cares. My wife is always mad when I don't write down recipes that I create or change from other recipes. | Interests | Mark and I are big fans of traveling. We have had the oppertunity to be to over 10 countries together including living in China for four months. Our traveling habbits have come to a slight halt with the birth of our beautiful girl. We still have plans of a road trip to Yellowstone this summer. So nothing can completely stop us. |
