| Introduction | I'm an old fighter pilot that's still convinced we live in the greatest country on earth. I believe freedom is God's greatest gift to us, and I love freedom so much that I'm willing to die for someone else's. I also believe that moderation breeds mediocrity. I celebrate people's differences because I believe that our peccadilloes make us unique - it would be a terribly boring world if we all were the same. My musings are often cathartic in nature, meaning I use them to get something off my chest and onto someone else's. Sometimes I write about the funny things I observe in the world around me, but not everyone thinks they're as funny as I do. Oh, well. I welcome comments and observations. I have broad shoulders, so let me have it. Feel free to criticize my thinking or my conclusions, but, like most folks, I respond better to civility than to disrespect. |
