| Introduction | I have worked with the Claremont COURIER for more than 5 years reporting on local education isses and sporting events. A life-long sports fan, I have reported on sports professionally for 13 years. Along with being a sports journalist, I have also served as a public address announcer for local sports (Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, Summer Pro League, Foothill Firehawks semi-pro football, University of La Verne, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, Cal Poly Pomona, Chaffey College, Claremont High School) and performed play-by-play sports announcing for LVTV-3 La Verne Community Television and Morrison DV.
