Introduction	I grew up on Vancouver Island exactly halfway between Chemainus and Ladysmith on Saltair Road. I would be there today if my parents hadn't divorced umpteen dozen years ago and mom moved us kit and kaboodle to the mainland. I will always be, at heart, an island girl. We grew up on two acres of creek and woods; some summers we would catch small trout in the creek, clean them and cook them over a little campfire right then and there. I think summers on that land was where I got my first love of being in the woods. It was heaven for a kid!
Interests	Camping, cooking, reading, blogging(fairly new interest), photography
Favorite movies	Too many to mention. The classics, many FX sci-fi movies, foreign films, comedies like "Raising Arizona" and "Young Frankenstein" (NOT "Something About Mary" and others of that ilk, puh-leeze); some musicals
Favorite music	No one genre; I like some of every kind.
Favorite books	Far, far too many to mention.
