| Introduction | I’ve been blessed to have had many exciting experiences in my life. My favs include winning the titles of Miss Black Staten Island NY and Miss Black New York USA, dancing with Roots of Brazil Dance Company, creating a jewelry line in the 80’s that was worn by Iman and others supermodels, having done makeup for mega celebs such as Mary Wilson and George Forman, owning A Scentimental Journey and a bath & body shop and day spa. On the down side I’ve worked for over a decade in the wellness field while not being well myself. I looked good on the outside but needed lots of work on the inside and in 2007 I hit the wall. The good news is, in my quest to save my life, God inspired me to write a scripture based book on the laws of attraction and to prepare yummy gluten and dairy free organic meals. I even learned how to create outrageous sweets without sugar. Now as a Christian Holistic Wellness and Lifestyle Coach my passion is to share my love for herbs, luscious at home spa treatments and emotional & physical fitness using Kingdom principles.
