| Introduction | Hi! I'm Simon. I have been doing this home brew thing since early 2011 using extract kits. I decided to get into it because of my love of beer and also from fond memories as a small kid helping my dad with his home brewing. I'm also a poor student who owes the government a lot of money from my student loan. I figured I might as well save some money by making my beer myself. I'm currently studying towards a bachelor of engineering degree in computer systems. I was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. I have many friends who don't appreciate beer like they should but I let them get away with it. Mostly. |
