| Introduction | Born at Chandidas Nanoor,a village in Birbhum district of West Bengal(India),an alumini of Nanoor CM HS School, JNU,Delhi,Chennai University,Indian Military Academy Dehradun and Army War College.A post graduate of the presitigious Defence Services Staff College. PhD ( Visva Bharati Santiniketan), FRAS(Fellow of Royal Asiatic Society U.K. & Ireland). FRHistS (Fellow of Royal Historical Society, U.K.), Commisssioned in to 3/4th Gorkha Rifles and commanded 2/4 Gorkha Rifles.Commanded the first Indian Battalion Group in UN Mission Lebanon. Was representative of Govt of India in an international Conflict Management project in Manila(Philippines). Left army to join the corporate in 2006.Presently holding the post of CEO of an IT&ITeS Company. |
