Introduction	My hope for this little corner of the universe is to create a space where people can gain some everyday knowledge and a few ideas for expanding their cooking/pastry horizons. I'll be posting weekly with information about my favorite ingredients, new recipes, kitchen tips and tricks. By opening up to new flavors and culinary ideas, there is wonderful opportunity for each of us to create healthful, hearty, comfortable foods we can share with our loved ones again and again. After all, life (in the kitchen) is a journey, not a destination, and it is best shared with those we most care for and adore.
