| Introduction | I am a retired secondary school teacher. When I had a heart attack in January 2002, I went for a blood test. The report indicated that I had high blood, high cholesterol and high uric acid. I cured myself using Ayurveda and Naturopath methods. Due to my success, I wish to share these alternative methods used in the management of health and diseases. I am now a full time natural health coach. I also give health talks and conduct health workshops in peninsula Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore and Indonesia.
