| Introduction | Hi my name is Mac and I love Central Texas BBQ. I've spent the last 24 years smoking and eating some of the best BBQ the state has to offer (and the occasional bad stuff) while traveling with my family or just cooking for friends or catering a meal for a church group , bridal shower, or birthday celebration. I've owned smokers as small as 16 x 16 inch with no lids all the way up to some with a capacity to hold twenty 15 pound briskets at one time. I've learned to smoke meats on some of the worst equipment and some of the best. I truly enjoy helping others create and serve the best possible BBQ they can to wow their families and friends. |
