Introduction Jeff Garcia (not the quarterback)....I am married with three wonderful step-daughters (all of them much smarter than me, including my wife).I currently am a grad student, waiting to see if I will be at NYU under Lawrence Schiffman or at Hebrew University, Israel with the Jerusalem School of Synoptic Research and Rothberg International School (also, with friends who live there now). I spent four years, all undergrad, studying with Steven Notley (author The Sacred Bridge [Jerusalem: Carta, 2005] and editor of Jesus' Last Week [Leiden: Brill, 2006]). He is a dear friend and mentor. Looking forward, I hope to teach at a college level and participate in the developments that come about from faithful scholars researching the words of the Almighty.
