| Introduction | Known for my remarkable artistic talent as a child, (I drew mommy, daddy and me in the shower in GRAPHIC detail), painted a Rabbi, an African woman dancing in fire, and more. In high school, I painted fetuses floating in space, sang peace and love songs, while being pelted by low-riders. After UC Berkeley, I lived in Colombia, South America. There I witnessed unimaginable events. Back in the US, I was a bilingual educator for 25 years, integrating humane education into the curriculum,classroom,and school-wide. My home is a foster home for animals, and for many, a permanent home. I had to retire from teaching due to a medical condition. Since then my partner (the father of the resurrection of Steve Canyon, and are using every means possible to generate income. I am writing a book I know will be successful, as will Steve Canyon, as we wait for our case to be settled. By living as minimally as possible, I have realized that I always wanted this simplicity. I see animals as our teachers and healers. |
