| Introduction | I love life. I smile a lot...like pretty much all the time. God has blessed me with the best friends, family, and job I could hope for. My perfect day is one in which I get to run, read, laugh, pray, and bake (in no particular order). I was known in college for my "Post-8 PM mass" dessert parties. I dream of one day opening my own bakery. Over the past 2 years, I've been diagnosed with way too many food intolerances which seem to be trying very hard to define me...but I won't let them win. Oh, and I REALLY love coffee...thank goodness that's still safe :-) |
