| Introduction | I am a trained Wilton Method Instructor. I love cake decorating and enjoy teaching it to my students. I received Wilton's "Rookie of the Year" Award for 2008. This award is a recognition for my enrollment performance as well as contribution to Wilton. I'm a member of the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES), a world wide organization dedicated to excellence in the confectionery arts. I am a professor at Kingsborough Community College and a culinary instructor teaching children and parents how to cook healthy meals. I am personal chef and foodie. |
