| Introduction | I love food. I also travel a lot for my job. The nature of travel is that I don't have a kitchen most of the time, and "have to" eat out. I have the privilege of trying all kinds of different foods from around the country. I am not what you would call a professional food critic, but like to think of myself as an amateur critic. I did not go to a culinary arts school, I just tell it like I taste it. Unlike some shows and critics, I promise my audience I will never "sell out" and give a rave review to somewhere that doesn't deserve it. I also feel I shouldn't waste my readers' time reviewing very many places that weren't good. I hope you enjoy my posts, whether you have the same tastes as me or not! |
