| Introduction | My father is the one who instilled in me a love of poetry. He used to read a lot, and when he would read poetry, he would laugh, sigh, and share. I can still hear him reading "The Cremation of Sam McGee." He wrote a lot of poetry, too. Some of my most prized possessions are poems that he wrote about family members and Christmas. Maybe I'll share some with you sometime. |
