I am a Mom, a wife and an adventurous chica in the kitchen! I'm not a professional chef, I was not classically French trained, I've never worked in a restaurant and I don't know how a professional kitchen operates. What I have to offer is a verity of well rounded meals that are fun, intricate, fairly healthy, full of flavor and accessible to the everyday person. I want to inspire people to take risks in the kitchen and step outside of their comfort zone and explore other flavors their taste buds are craving. I've lived by myself, with roommates and now I have a family of my own. Throughout the stages in my life, my cooking has definitely changed to accommodate my life style. I'm not going to bust out some intense meal just so I can eat it by myself. My mission is to provide options for EVERYONE no matter who you are cooking for!
