Introduction	I'm fat, out of shape, unhealthy ...and only 35 years old. I suffer from gout, kidney stones, canker sores, acid reflux, restless leg syndrome, and sleep apnea. I am addicted to food. I have a brilliant 7-1/2 year old daughter. I am engaged to a beautiful, hard-working, generous, witty Italian woman. She is a mother of two wonderful, polite, energetic young boys. I love them all, but I am afraid if I don't change my exercise and eating habits that I will leave them way too early.
