| Introduction | I love blue skies, the feel of the sun on my face and, if I had 3 wishes, one of them would be to never wear a coat again! My favourite place is De Reef café on Lower Bay, Bequia in the Caribbean, drinking rum punch and eating toasted tuna sandwiches with hot Caribbean sauce! I don’t sleep well if the fridge (and freezers) aren't stocked for a state of siege. I wonder what I will make for tea today, tomorrow or the next day for more of the day than is probably healthy! I keep true to my Jewish heritage by mass catering (even for my family of 3) - if everything is eaten up at the end of a meal it means I didn't make enough! All content copyright © Wendy Greenberg |
