Introduction	Erik is a young working professional/MBA Student living in Irvine, CA. Having lived in 3 countries and visited over 15 other, Erik was bitten by the travel bug at a young age. Today, his airline of choice is United, collecting miles through personal travel, business travel and credit card spend. Erik achieved Premier status 2 years ago, Premier executive status this past year and this year he is shooting for 1k status. Through all his travels, Erik has developed an unique and brave taste bud, sampling everything from turtle blood to stinky tofu. The purpose of his blog is to share his travel and dining experiences. Recently, Erik has picked up photography and many of the shots posted on this blog will be shot using a Canon T2i DSLR with an EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 II USM Lens .
