Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
No. They'd get their fins all caught in the spokes and then there'd be a massive mess to clean up and the FBI (Fish Bicycle Investigators) would have to fill out a load of paperwork and do some investigating. Actually, that sounds pretty cool. Maybe it would make a good game.
