Introduction Mike "Corpse Monger" Wasion grew up in a landscape of rabid cynicism, coal-black humor, splattery excess, and ultraviolence aimed squarely at children - the 1980s. Early on developing an all-consuming passion for splatter films, Garbage Pail Kids, Madballs, flesh-eating zombies and obscure horror comics, he began drawing as an outlet for the constant overstimulation...which led to a few talks with concerned school faculty and red-faced parents, before he said "to Hell with it" and bailed on school altogether in the Third Grade. Now, he patrols the filth-encrusted alleyways of Pop Culture, seeking out and absorbing any dripping aberration he encounters there, and passes the savings onto you, squeezing that brain-sponge all over your excited face, right here in The Garbage Can - the hub of his ever-expanding CHARNEL HOUSE media empire. He writes the COMIC CASKET column for Fangoria magazine, and co-moderates the forums at WEST MANSION, the internet's best and sickest website devoted to the Splatterhouse video game legacy. He gets up and KILLS. The people he kills, get up and KILL.
