Introduction	I am a newly-minted MD, perhaps not with the most book-learning but with an abundance of compassion and an open mind to match. The name I use here came to me in my first-year anatomy dissection lab, as I imagined a conversation with my group's body donor. Instead of using my real name to introduce myself to the imagined spirit of our corpse, the words came out, "I am Talavaria." I am Talavaria. Welcome, and thank you.
