| Introduction | I'm Sandy Brady, the librarian at the LTRC - TTEC Library. It's been over a year now and I'm amazed at how far the library and I have come. On Jan. 1, 2008 I didn't have a clue what I was doing, but now, while I'm not yet fluent in transportation engineering speak, I know enough to follow along, and I know where to go to find out what I don’t know. Before coming to LTRC - TTEC I worked in the reference department of Middleton Library, the main library here on LSU’s campus, for almost 12 years. All of those years gave me extensive experience helping people find information on just about every topic, including transportation. I will admit it is not my strongest subject area, but that’s OK – I’ve learned that research is research. The process is the same, even if the terminology changes. |
